Workshop Description: Register Today!
This session offers school leaders a practical, non-technical approach to turning school data into actionable insight. Drawing on real-world examples, we’ll explore how to collect, analyze, and communicate data across multiple domains — including demographics, attendance, academic progress, behavior, and admissions. Participants will learn strategies for using data to identify trends, allocate resources, and improve both student outcomes and operational efficiency. While we will showcase illustrative examples from Rediker Software’s SIS and admissions tools, the session is not a product demo. It is designed as a professional development experience that equips leaders with the confidence to make data-informed decisions, improve transparency, and drive positive change. The session will also touch on how to effectively share data with staff, parents, and school boards to strengthen communication and alignment.
Key questions to be addressed:
What types of data should school leaders be collecting and reviewing regularly?
How can data be organized to reveal actionable trends in student performance and behavior?
In what ways can data improve communication with parents and school stakeholders?
How can schools use data to support improvement planning and strategic decision-making?
What tools and practices make data collection and analysis more efficient and effective?
Target Audience: Heads of School, Principals, Academic Coordinators, IT/Data Managers, Admissions & Administrative Leaders, Co-Professionals involved in planning, operations, or school improvement initiatives
