Aim

To create an informal, solutions-focused learning experience for Heads with opportunities for conversation, peer-to-peer learning and collaboration in a safe space.

Description

The AISA School Heads Summit (SHS) is designed for school heads to informally learn from each other, build community, share and reflect on their experiences. As well as sharing expertise, the summit includes time to share worries, highlight innovations and plan for the future.

For heads new to Africa, it is a chance to get to know your colleagues and experience first-hand the collegial and generous spirit characterizing the AISA region. All of this will happen in the beautiful surroundings of Victoria Falls, where there will be ample time to relax and explore.
