Session four: Wellbeing Grounded in Ubuntu

This session explores wellbeing through the lens of Ubuntu — the understanding that our wellbeing is deeply connected to the wellbeing of others. Grounded in the lived realities of international school communities, the session invites participants to reflect on how connection, belonging, and shared responsibility support individual and collective wellbeing. Through guided reflection and dialogue, participants will consider how Ubuntu can inform everyday practices that foster care, inclusion, and resilience across diverse cultural contexts.
