Workshop Description: Register Today
This session offers school leaders a practical, non-technical approach to turning school data into actionable insight. Drawing on real-world examples, we’ll explore how to collect, analyze, and communicate data across multiple domains — including demographics, attendance, academic progress, behavior, and admissions. Participants will learn strategies for using data to identify trends, allocate resources, and improve both student outcomes and operational efficiency.
While we will showcase illustrative examples from Rediker Software’s SIS and admissions tools, the session is not a product demo. It is designed as a professional development experience that equips leaders with the confidence to make data-informed decisions, improve transparency, and drive positive change. The session will also touch on how to effectively share data with staff, parents, and school boards to strengthen communication and alignment.
By the end of this session, participants will:
Identify key types of school data that can inform leadership decisions
Understand how to interpret data to uncover trends in student performance, behavior, and engagement
Gain strategies for organizing and visualizing data to support planning and communication
Explore practical examples of school-wide data use in action
Leave with actionable insights for implementing or enhancing data-informed practices in their own schools
Target Audience: School Leaders, Educators, Academic Coordinators, IT and Data Managers, Admissions and Administrative Leaders, Professional staff involved in planning, operations, or school improvement initiatives
Fees: No cost for AISA Members
