Purposeful Pathways Virtual Workshops

At AISA, we believe professional learning is most powerful when it is intentional, connected, and sustained over time. That’s why we are introducing Purposeful Pathways: a new way of organising our virtual professional learning to bring greater focus, coherence, and impact for our members. Each month, we dedicate our learning to a single, high-impact theme, offering 3–4 virtual workshops that explore the topic from multiple perspectives.

All the virtual workshops will take place on Wednesdays, at 13:00 14:00 GMT.

These sessions aim to bring greater focus, coherence, and impact to virtual professional learning by dedicating each month to a single theme – creating space for collaboration, shared language, and practical application across schools.

As a result of participating in this institute, attendees can expect to:

  • Deepen their understanding of the month’s theme through multiple perspectives explored across the workshop series

  • Build shared language and practical strategies they can apply directly within their own roles and school contexts

Target Audience: Educators, leaders, and staff across AISA member schools, spanning multiple roles and school contexts
