Bingham Academy

Bingham Academy provides quality Christian education within a multicultural community, developing students of integrity who can change the world for God's glory.Bingham Academy is an international community school situated in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Bingham is located on eight acres in the suburbs 10 kilometers from the city center. The land is a combination of landscaped fields, gardens and natural Eucalyptus forest. Bingham was founded in 1950 by SIM and is currently governed by a Board of ten members from three different mission agencies. Bingham at present has 327 students, representing 24 nationalities enrolled in Kindergarten to Grade 12. The school has a professional staff of 52 from nine different countries: Australia, Canada, Ethiopia, Finland, Germany, New Zealand, Norway, the United Kingdom and the United States.
