Information for AISA 2010 Exhibitors

Each year AISA Associate Members are invited to participate in the AISA Conferences to exhibit your goods and services. This year we are expecting a record number of current and new exhibitors to attend and have provided a unique and highly accessible space for you at the Jambo Conference Centre, Safari Park Hotel.

We are also expecting large numbers of Administrators, Teachers and Business Managers to attend since we are only running the conference at one venue this year.

We have changed the format slightly to include a dedicated two day School Leaders’ Retreat on the 16th and 17th (with registration on 15th), a 2 day Business Managers’ Institute on the 18th & 20th and of course our Educators’ Conference which opens Sunday 17th and finishes on October 20th.

AISA is also running Post Conference Institutes as well on 21st & 22nd October at the International School of Kenya (ISK)

The form also requests information for any presentations/workshops exhibitors may wish to do during the Educators’ Conference. Business Associates are kindly reminded that these should not be a sales pitch, but rather a professional development opportunity for participants. There are no workshop slots available in the Leaders’ Retreat as this programme runs for the entire 2 days.

Shipping of Materials
The deadline for receipt of exhibition materials for shipping by Global Education Services (GES) is passed. Exhibitors will have to arrange their own shipping to Nairobi. Please do not send materials to AISA as AISA will not be handling and clearing any materials send directly.
