Delegate Registration

The AISA 2013 registration process is as follows:

1. Submission of Registration

You submit your registration online. Click here to register. All delegates must be registered for the conference via the online registration system without exception.
Registration Deadline is October 04, 2013 16:00 EAT(GMT+0300)
Registration of delegates has now closed - for more details and clarification please contact the Conference Organiser at conferences@aisa.or.ke
PLEASE NOTE:

In an effort to better manage the increasing numbers at our conferences, AISA will cap registration numbers per institution for all the AISA 2013 conference events taking place in Accra. The total number of registrations per institution will be as follows:

  • AISA Full Member schools = maximum of 20 registrations per institution
  • AISA Affiliate Member schools = maximum of 10 registrations per institution
  • AISA Associate Members = maximum of 5 registrations per institution
  • Non Members  = maximum of 2 registrations per institution

Please note that these total numbers are inclusive of all conference events (School Leaders Retreat, Business Managers Institute, Educators Conference and Pre-Conference workshops). Registrations will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis. In the event a school exceeds it allocation, AISA has setup a waiting list. In the event of any extra spaces remaining we will process that waiting list  from August 31, 2013 onwards taking into account the number of available spaces and the diversity of our membership. For further information please contact conferences@aisa.or.ke.

2. Payment

Once your registration is received and processed, an invoice covering your registration fees will be issued to your institution (for AISA members) or to the registered individual (Non-Members). This will include payment information.

3. Selection of Workshops and Institutes

Once payment is received, you will be invited to select the workshops and institutes that you would like to participate in during the Leaders Retreat and Educators Conference (If you are attending the Business Managers Institute and the pre-conference institutes, you need not go through any additional selections in this step). AISA 2013 has over 120 workshops and institutes to choose from. You will also be invited to opt into social events like the Gala Dinner. The selection process opens on August 15, 2013 00:00 EAT (GMT+0300) and closes on October 11, 2013 16:00 EAT (GMT+3). After closure, changes can only be made at the secretariat which will be set up at the conference venue.
