AISA is delighted to invite all senior and mid-level school leaders, governors and business managers to its annual AISA Leadership Conference (ALC) for three days of intentional reflection and learning on leadership.

Held from the 3rd to 5th March 2017 at the Indaba Hotel, a beautiful and serene environment that will enable you to step away from the busy demands of your leadership role and into a dedicated space for self-reflection and exploration of leadership. The ALC2017 will examine multiple leadership models and provide you with the steps on how to further develop your leadership capacity and effectiveness.

Vital to all our Leadership Conferences is the ability to authentically connect with other leaders in the AISA community, to share and learn from each other and deepen connexions.
